A indisponibilidade de quatro das seis telas que compõem o video wall do C3R-BA, conforme registrado no Processo nº 08655.039614/2021-21, compromete significativamente a visualização e o acompanhamento das informações necessárias às atividades do Centro. Considerando que o video wall é ferramenta essencial para o monitoramento, em tempo real, de ocorrências, eventos e demais dados operacionais, a redução de sua capacidade mitiga a segurança e compromete o serviço.
