- A contratação fundamenta-se na necessidade de dar cumprimento às decisões judiciais que determinam a alienação de bens penhorados em execuções fiscais e execuções em geral, nos termos dos artigos 883 e 884 do Código de Processo Civil e do artigo 23 da Lei Federal nº 6.830/1980.
