- A presente contratação justifica-se pela necessidade de assegurar a manutenção preventiva e corretiva dos equipamentos de ar-condicionado instalados nas Secretarias Municipais e demais unidades administrativas e de atendimento a Prefeitura Municipal de Cotia, garantindo o adequado funcionamento dos sistemas de climatização, a conservação do patrimônio público e a manutenção de condições adequados de conforto, segurança e salubridade nos ambientes climatizados.
