A aquisição acima descrita, que será processada nos termos deste instrumento, justifica-se pela necessidade de assegurar o abastecimento de sementes de café certificadas e de qualidade para o funcionamento do Viveiro Municipal de Produção de Mudas e cumprimento do Termo de Convenio SEAB n° 457/2022 para Reestruturação do Viveiro Municipal e Aquisição de Insumos para Produção de 300 mil mudas de café
