A presente contratação tem por finalidade atender às necessidades de consumo interno da Secretaria da Proteção Animal ¿ SEPA, mediante o fornecimento de gêneros alimentícios destinados à copa e ao atendimento das demandas ordinárias decorrentes do funcionamento administrativo da Secretaria. A disponibilização de café e açúcar constitui medida necessária para assegurar condições adequadas de atendimento às atividades administrativas desenvolvidas no âmbito da SEPA, contribuindo para a manutenção da estrutura de apoio ao funcionamento cotidiano do órgão.
