This APN is not part of the Procurement Process, and does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, or commitment by Canada to proceed with the Procurement Process. No agreement or contract will be entered into based on this APN. Canada reserves the right to amend, cancel, suspend, or modify the contemplated procurement strategy and requirements at any time.
