O conjunto de edificações que forma o complexo da FATEC Porto Ferreira/ETEC Prof. Jadyr Salles foi oriundo de contratações em duas fases: a primeira, contemplou a construção de novas edificações; a segunda diz respeito à reforma das edificações existentes. Dada a natureza desse modelo de execução, foi identificada a necessidade de realizar complementos e ligações das instalações hidráulicas e elétricas entre os prédios reformados e construídos, a fim de que as mencionadas redes sejam conectadas.
