Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Pakistan will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The solicitation will be for Attorney Services to assist for Disposal of Property/ies in Peshawar. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with one one-year option period, if exercised by the Government. All qualified responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal for consideration. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity will allow for electronic responses when advertised. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time noted in the solicitation. Please ensure your email with your offer does not exceed 30MB , if it does then you might have to send more than one emails. Contractor Vetting as a Condition of Award (MAR 2023) Offerors are advised that successful passing of vetting to evaluate the risk that funds may benefit terrorist organizations or their members or supporters, or individuals/entities deemed to be a risk to national security, is a condition of award. Offerors may be asked to submit information required by DS Form 4184, Risk Analysis Information (will be attached to the actual solicitation) about their company and its key personnel. Vetting information is also required for all subcontract performance on contracts identified by the Department as requiring such vetting. When vetting information is requested, information may be submitted on the secure web portal. Failure to submit information when requested, or failure to pass vetting, may be grounds for rejecting a proposal or for rejecting a proposed subcontractor at any tier.
