All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 01 October 2026 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. Canada is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to provide Snow and Ice Control Operations at CFB Kingston.
