ATTENTION: Offer submissions must be submitted by 08 October 2026 by 14:00 EDT. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to develop a Canadian- designed, remotely controlled, and autonomous mine countermeasures (MCM) uncrewed surface vehicle (USV) capable of surveying the ocean floor to detect, locate, and identify underwater mines. The contract is designed to support an iterative and incremental approach to meet Canada’s unique operational requirements. A National Security Exception (NSE) has been invoked for this procurement. This solicitation is open to all current Supply Arrangement holders across all streams of the Defence Drone Initiative (DDI) Supply Arrangement.
