Havendo divergência entre a descrição do item constante do Termo de Referência e aquela registrada no CATMAT ou no sistema oficial de compras e divulgação do Governo Federal, prevalecerão as especificações do Termo de Referência, que deverão ser integralmente observadas pelos fornecedores na elaboração de suas propostas e no fornecimento dos blocos de concreto intertravados (pavers).
