A Prefeitura Municipal de Guajará/AM, por intermédio da Agente de Contratação/Pregoeira, designada pelo Decreto Municipal nº 026, de 21 de maio de 2026, publicado no Diário Oficial dos Municípios do Estado do Amazonas, torna público aos interessados que realizará licitação na modalidade PREGÃO, na forma ELETRÔNICA, pelo critério de julgamento de MENOR PREÇO, nos termos da Lei Federal nº 14.133, de 1º de abril de 2021, da Lei Complementar nº 123/2006, da Lei Complementar nº 147/2014, do Decreto Municipal nº 016, de 1º de março de 2023 (que regulamenta a Lei nº 14.133/2021 no âmbito do Município de Guajará, arts. 73 a 97), aplicando-se subsidiariamente o Decreto Federal nº 11.462, de 31 de março de 2023, nos termos do art. 2º do Decreto Municipal nº 016/2023, a Instrução Normativa SEGES/ME nº 65, de 7 de julho de 2021 (pesquisa de preços), e demais normas pertinentes, de acordo com as condições estabelecidas neste Edital e seus anexos.
