A presente solicitação fundamenta-se na necessidade de substituição e atualização dos guarda-corpos instalados na sala da diretoria da autarquia. Os elementos atuais encontram-se desgastados pelo tempo, apresentando deficiências estruturais e estéticas que comprometem não apenas a harmonia visual do ambiente institucional, mas principalmente a segurança física de servidores, dirigentes e visitantes que circulam pelo local, mitigando riscos de acidentes.
