Contratação de empresa especializada em engenharia civil para a execução da REFORMA E AMPLIAÇÃO DA UNIDADE BÁSICA DE SAÚDE (UBS) CENTRO — Centro de Saúde Dr. Rubens de Oliveira Botas, localizada na Avenida Abrahão José de Lima, 659, Centro, Guapiaçu/SP, visando à readequação física e funcional dos ambientes em estrita observância ao Regulamento Técnico da ANVISA (RDC 50/02) e às normas técnicas aplicáveis (NBR 9050, NBR 5410 e NBR 13534). A contratação dar-se-á mediante licitação na modalidade CONCORRÊNCIA, na forma ELETRÔNICA (arts. 28 e 29 da Lei 14.133/21), sob o regime de empreitada por preço unitário (art. 46), com critério de julgamento pelo menor preço global.
