Conforme observado durante a fase de recebimento de propostas, o valor de intervalo dos lances de R$ 100,00 (cem reais), publicado inicialmente no Edital, acaba limitando a participação e competição no certame, uma vez que, o valor unitário estimado do item é R$ 147,2820. Dessa forma, visando assegurar a competitividade e isonomia será alterado o valor de intervalo para R$ 0,10 (dez centavos) e publicada uma nova data do pregão.
