This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. RFO 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be used. This NAICS code is subject is not subject to a waiver. The FSC/PSC is 8710. The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 5, Health Service Area (HSA) 5.1, 1601 E. Fourth Plain Boulevard, Vancouver, WA 98661 is seeking to establish a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement to purchase research grade animal food and bedding. This is a brand name requirement. Service Location: VA Portland Healthcare System Portland campus VMU 3710 SW U.S. Veterans Hospital Road Loading Docks Building 101 and 103 Portland, OR 97239-2964 Other VMU s within the VISN 5/HSA 5.1 may be added in the future upon written agreement between the contractor and the Contracting Officer. The period of performance will be five-years: 01/01/2027 12/31/2031 Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ.
