RLP Amendment #2 (09/21/2026) In accordance with FAR 15.206, the RLP number 57-10005-27-FA, is hereby amended under RLP amendment number 2. The purpose of RLP amendment number 2 is to modify portions of the R100, L100 and EXHIBIT B to clarify and/or update space and lease performance requirements, and provide an updated EXHIBIT B ASR. EXHIBIT B dated 08/04/2026, is hereby deleted from the RLP package and replaced with RLP Amendment number 2 EXHIBIT B. GSA Form 1217, Lessor's Annual Cost Statement, omitted in error from the original 05/26/2026 SAM GPE attachments is hereby attached for offeror download and use in preparation of its proposal response. Submission Deadeline RLP amendment no. 2 and RLP amendment no. 2 EXHIBIT B should be downloaded, initialed, signed and returned to the USDA contracting officer or designee by not later than 4:30 PM Eastern, Monday, October 5, 2026.
