U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF LEASE REQUIREMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from owners and authorized representatives of properties meeting the following requirements: State: Ohio City: Columbus Delineated Area: Columbus, OH City Limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,830 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,413 Space Type: Office, lab , industrial Parking Spaces (Total): 39 including 4 oversized spaces for trailers Parking Spaces (Surface): 39 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 39 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: 4,000 square foot secured wareyard Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 1-PERCENT-ANNUAL-CHANCE floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain) unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act, as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
