Retificando o critério de julgamento: A concorrência presencial terá como critério de julgamento maior oferta/maior preço. Complemento ao fundamento legal: além da definição de bens e serviços especiais e obras (art. 6º, XXXVIII c/c art. 28, II, Lei nº 14.133/2021), a Concorrência também abrange a alienação e concessão de direito real de uso de bens públicos — hipótese do presente certame —, cujo critério de julgamento pode ser o maior lance, nos termos do mesmo art. 6º, XXXVIII, e da Lei estadual nº 9.850/2026.
